About me
Greg Argo is the Open Education & Affordable Content Librarian at Minitex, where he supports libraries and educators working to make course materials more accessible, affordable, adaptable, and sustainable. He leads regional initiatives related to open educational resources (OER), affordable content strategies, and professional learning. His work includes developing practical support models for OER adoption and adaptation, coordinating grant and training opportunities, and helping libraries connect course materials affordability with broader questions of access, accessibility, licensing, and student success. He also works with Minitex’s Cooperative Purchasing and Electronic Resources Services (CPERS) unit, where he negotiates group contracts, manages renewals, and works with vendors to support libraries in managing their electronic resources and collections.
